Private Lesson Policy:

1. Private lesson is one hour

2. Private lesson is located in Basel  

3. Private lesson is good for one person, but you may bring your partner for additional charge of 50.-CHF 

4. Private lesson is non-refundable after purchased

5. Private lesson is transferable to anther person by notifying us via email prior to your scheduled appointment time

6. Private lesson may only be canceled anytime 48hours before your scheduled appointment time by email

7. Private lesson canceled less than 48hours from your scheduled appointment time will be charged a full fee for no show.  

8. Private lesson that you failed to show up will be charged a full fee for a no show

9. Private lesson starts and ends at your scheduled appointment time so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to change

10. Private lesson will still ends at the end of your scheduled appointment time if you show up late

11. Private lesson must be paid in advance and in full before scheduling any appointment time

12. All private lessons that are paid and scheduled will receive an email confirmation as proof of purchased and confirmed of scheduled appointment time
